About the Role
You will configure and demonstrate workforce management technology for prospective customers. You will support discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification; understand customer business and technical environments; address risks and gaps; and travel to field events as needed.
Requirements
•5+ years of workforce management software pre-sales experience
•Experience presenting and demonstrating software to global organizations with more than 10,000 employees
•Communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
•Ability to communicate at all levels of a customer organization
•Organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
•Become an expert in all products
•Support Enterprise Sales across discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and business justification
•Define and present how the platform addresses prospect business and operational issues
•Develop a deep understanding of prospect business and technical environments
•Identify risks and gaps and remove obstacles through adaptive approaches
•Travel to field events, meetings, and conferences as needed
•Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions
