•Lead customer discovery, market research, workflow assessments and concept evaluations with clinicians, healthcare providers, patients and commercial partners.
•Guide the commercial contribution to product development, working closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Human Factors, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
•Develop business cases and recommendations that inform investment decisions, portfolio priorities and future opportunities.
•Create global commercialization and launch strategies covering positioning, segmentation, pricing, adoption, training and market readiness.

•Monitor product performance after launch and see opportunities for portfolio expansion, lifecycle development and continuous improvement.
Preferred Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, nursing, engineering or a related subject area; an MBA or advanced degree would be an advantage.
