Задачи:
•Lead design from concept to shipped product and maintain accountability for the full consumer experience across touchpoints
•Frame problems before they become briefs, bring evidence-backed consumer insight into squad planning, challenge priorities, surface opportunities, and influence what gets built
•Maintain a high bar across UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and UX writing, and raise the standard within the squad
•Use animation and motion as intentional design tools
•Use AI across the workflow, including synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code
Требования:
•6+ Years of product design experience and a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end
•Experience with consumer-facing products and understanding of the full customer lifecycle
•Ability to define problems before designing solutions and influence roadmap priorities through evidence
•Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a strong focus on hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation
•Mastery of Figma and sufficient understanding of front-end constraints to work credibly with engineers
•Proactivity, conviction in design decisions, and ability to bring cross-functional partners along
•Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design direction
•Active use of AI tools in live project work; fluency with tools such as Figma AI and Claude
•Clear presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to run workshops and support decisions with evidence
