Job Overview
Rasan is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product & Design Team.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end product design experiences across web and mobile, combining strong UX/UI expertise with product thinking to deliver intuitive, user-centred, and commercially effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to prototyping and final delivery.
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
•Translate business requirements and user insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
•Develop interactive prototypes and responsive interfaces using Figma.
•Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
•Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders within an Agile environment.
•Monitor design performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and product outcomes.
•Mentor junior and mid-level designers and provide constructive design feedback.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Design.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects across web and mobile.
•Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
•Strong knowledge of UX research, interaction design, wireframing, and usability testing.
•Experience working with Agile product teams.
•Understanding of iOS, Android, and responsive web design guidelines.
•Experience with fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing digital platforms is a plus.
•Experience designing bilingual Arabic/English and RTL interfaces is an advantage.
