Job Description Summary
Use Predictive Analytics to Help Power Plants, Refineries and Mines Spot Equipment Problems Early
You will be the main technical contact for industrial clients who use SmartSignal predictive analytics to detect equipment faults before they cause unplanned downtime. As a senior individual contributor in our Digital Implementation Services team at GE Vernova, you take projects from the first workshop to go-live. You work with reliability engineers, data specialists and functional consultants, and you report to the Services Consulting Director.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver SmartSignal implementations. Take each project from asset scoping to go-live. Report results against client targets, such as lower unplanned downtime and higher asset availability.
•Build and tune predictive models. Define health indicators, alert thresholds and diagnostic logic for rotating and process equipment.
•Design data integration. Map tags and build data pipelines between plant historians, sensors and SmartSignal. Resolve false alarm and data quality issues.
•Connect reliability methods to monitoring. Turn Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) results into monitoring scope. Help clients use alerts in their maintenance workflows.
•Advise clients and support growth. Run workshops and executive reviews, explain findings in clear, non-technical language, and contribute to proposals and proof-of-concept projects.
Work Model and Travel
You work remotely and travel to client project sites as projects require.
