Your Role
As Senior Manager Investment Management, you are responsible for demanding operational and commercial investment topics and serve as an important interface to market partners and internal teams. You bring negotiation confidence, market understanding and analytical strength to prepare and implement economically high-value results. You thereby make a clear contribution to successful client solutions and to the agency's commercial performance.
Your Tasks
•You independently manage defined investment management topics and ensure clean commercial steering.
•You support negotiations through well-founded preparation, market analyses, scenarios and evaluation of terms.
•You maintain professional relationships with relevant market partners and expand your network in a targeted way.
•You analyze budgets, revenues, revenue potentials and performance indicators and create transparent decision bases.
•You support new business requirements through structured pricing analyses, commercial scenarios and reliable statements on buying quality.
•You recognize market changes and commercial opportunities and bring in concrete optimization approaches.
•You work closely with internal departments and ensure that commercial, legal and operational requirements mesh cleanly and are clearly documented, coordinated and implemented.
•You support colleagues professionally, share knowledge and contribute to the further development of standards and working methods.

•Independent handling of defined investment management topics from analysis to operational implementation.
•Preparation of negotiations through market analyses, comparison of terms, scenarios and structured decision templates.
•Maintenance and development of professional contacts with market partners and ensuring binding communication.
•Analysis of budgets, revenues, terms, revenue potentials and performance indicators to derive concrete optimizations.
•Creation of pricing analyses, buying quality evaluations and commercial scenarios for new business and existing client topics.
•Professional support of colleagues through knowledge transfer, documentation and development of standards.
Your Profile
•You have several years of experience in investment management, procurement, trading or a comparable commercial role.
•You bring good knowledge of negotiation processes, market partners, pricing and terms logic as well as commercial evaluation.
•You have a solid market understanding in the media categories Digital and OOH and maintain professional contacts with relevant partners.
•You are strong with numbers, analytical and confident in handling reports, forecasts and economic indicators.
•You work in a very structured, independent and careful manner and can clearly present complex matters.
•You communicate reliably, solution-oriented and confidently with internal stakeholders as well as externally with market partners and clients.
•You have solid German and very good English skills and use Office, analysis and reporting tools confidently.
