Senior Director - Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation | Global Investor | UAE
Are you working in an asset manager in the UK or Europe and open to a move?
Mandated by a leading global investor to hire a senior finance professional to take on a key role across financial reporting, consolidation and technical accounting. The ideal candidate would be a qualified accountant with around 18–20 years' experience, having built a strong foundation with the Big Four before moving in-house with an asset manager, private equity firm or sovereign investor.
We are particularly interested in professionals who bring:
•Strong IFRS expertise across complex investment structures.
•Group financial reporting and consolidation experience across multiple jurisdictions.
•Technical accounting knowledge covering acquisitions, financial instruments, fair value and impairment.
•Experience leading teams and working closely with senior finance leadership and external auditors.
This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, can confidently lead discussions on complex accounting matters and wants exposure to a global investment portfolio spanning multiple asset classes.
