Senior DevOps Engineer | FinTech / Blockchain

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a product-oriented fintech company working at the intersection of Forex, Blockchain and traditional finance.
The role focuses on building and maintaining modern cloud infrastructure, improving CI/CD processes and ensuring reliable deployments across test and production environments.
What we're looking for
•7+ years of DevOps experience
•Strong experience with Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, Docker
•Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Route53, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.)
•Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, Terraform, Crossplane
•Experience with ArgoCD / FluxCD / Fleet
•Knowledge of Service Mesh solutions (Consul, Istio, etc.)
•Experience with Grafana Stack / VictoriaMetrics
•SQL & NoSQL databases
•Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
•Good understanding of networking
•Shell scripting and/or Python
Nice to have
•DevSecOps experience
•Ansible
•Golang knowledge
What you'll do
•Maintain and develop infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
•Work with GitLab CI + ArgoCD
•Troubleshoot deployment issues in test and production
•Set up and maintain monitoring and logging
•Participate in incident analysis and resolution
