Major Duties
1.Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, to regulatory and client standards
2.Provide input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency
3.Provide day-to-day support and guidance to TA Analysts, the Senior Analyst will support the Team Leader with respect to workflow distribution and ensuring the effective use of staff resources
4.Identify, document and disseminate new procedures and controls
5.Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
6.May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
7.Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
8.May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
9.Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
10.Delivers a work product that requires less revision
11.Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Knowledge
•Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
•Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
•Analytical and problem solving skills are required
•Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
•Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
Experience
A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is required.

About Our Pune Office
The Northern Trust Pune office, established in 2016, is now home to over 3,000 employees. The office handles various functions, including Operations for Asset Servicing and Wealth Management, as well as delivering critical technology solutions that support business operations across the globe.
Our Pune team takes our commitment to service to heart. In 2024, they volunteered more than 10,000+ hours into the communities where they live and work.
