About the Role

At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern who is eager to learn, develop their skills and participate in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities
•Participate in recruitment processes, from publishing job offers to identifying and evaluating candidates.
•Carry out CV screening and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
•Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
•Manage and update the candidate database.
•Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
•Maintain close communication with candidates during the different stages of the process.
•Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of the different business areas.
Requirements
•Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or similar qualifications.
•Interest in personnel selection, recruitment and talent identification.
•Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
•Proactive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
•Intermediate-high level of English.
Nice to have
•Postgraduate training related to Human Resources will be valued.
•Previous experience in recruitment or knowledge of recruitment tools will be valued.
