Responsibilities
•Secure and harden the AWS estate, including IAM, network controls, encryption, logging, and monitoring
•Build security into CI/CD, including scanning, secrets management, and policy as code
•Set guardrails and review infrastructure as code
•Detect threats and respond to incidents across cloud environments
•Work with engineers on secure design for new systems
•Own security across the cloud estate, mainly AWS
Requirements
•Background in HFT, prop trading, a hedge fund, or crypto is essential
•Strong hands-on DevSecOps experience
•Deep AWS security knowledge
•Ability to write automation and tooling in Python, Go, or similar
•Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform or similar
•Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Nice to have: container and Kubernetes security
Conditions
•Up to €300k base (negotiable)
