Задачи
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
•Identify gaps in the team's adoption of the Scrum Framework and guide the team toward best practices
•Coach the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles
•Promote and maintain a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus
•Support team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement
•Remove impediments as a servant leader and enable the team's success
•Encourage a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team
Требования
•At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
•Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
•Proven experience identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices
•Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles
•Experience in team development and coaching practices
•Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
•Upper-Intermediate English or above
