Responsibilities
•Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements' gathering / discovery workshops
•Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP APO and related planning platforms to address client requirements
•Utilize a deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
•Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
•Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
Requirements
•Experience as SAP APO Consultant on implementation and support projects
•Fluent English (B2)
•Experience working with SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP)
•Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
•Experience with supply chain planning processes design (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling, Global ATP)
•Related customizing settings hands-on experience (planning areas, planning books, macros, heuristics, CIF integration model, PP/DS settings, etc.)
•Understanding integration points with other SAP modules (ECC/S/4HANA – MM, SD, PP, WM)
•Experience with Core Interface (CIF) and master data integration
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
