Responsibilities:
•Providing ongoing administrative support to the Sales team
•Presenting the prepared presentation in front of a larger group of people
•Entering, updating, and verifying data in internal systems, particularly customer, order, and sales activity data
•Preparing, compiling, and archiving sales and commercial documentation
•Monitoring the accuracy and completeness of documents related to sales processes
•Preparing commercial offers, reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Department
•Coordinating the flow of information between the Sales Department and other organizational units, in particular Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service
•Supporting the order fulfillment process by monitoring statuses, deadlines, and reporting any irregularities
•Handling ongoing email and telephone correspondence with customers and business partners within the scope agreed with the supervisor
•Performing other administrative and organizational duties assigned by the supervisor, consistent with the nature of the role

Requirements:
•Fluent Polish & English required; knowledge of additional CEE languages would be an advantage
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
•Good skills in preparing presentations and presenting them to an audience
•Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in everyday work will be a strong asset
•Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI would be an advantage

Salary
Salary Range: 71,000 – 105,800 PLN gross annually. This is the lowest to highest salary range that would be paid at the time of this posting. The salary offered in the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience. The salary range listed reflects the range for the primary location specified and may vary for other locations. Salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases. The salary range and associated pay elements are established in line with Stanley Black & Decker's compensation structure. If collective bargaining agreements, sectoral agreements, works council arrangements, or statutory pay frameworks apply, they determine the salary range and additional pay elements.
