As a Systems Engineer at Saab, you and your team will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle and be an important part of our journey toward creating the next generation of advanced defense systems. As a Systems Engineer, you have a central role in our projects, where you contribute an overall perspective and get the opportunity to analyze and understand customer needs, manage requirements, and document technical specifications to guide the development process. You will contribute an overall perspective to be able to break down technical requirements from the customer into something our development departments can realize in hardware or software. Other tasks include having technical responsibility and ownership for a system, as well as analyzing functions and performance. You will be an important link between customers and developers, ensuring that the system meets high quality standards.
You will move across many technical areas and your contact surfaces within the company will be broad. To assist you, we have structured processes and method descriptions in our internal databases.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
