Задачи
•Design, implement, and maintain robust, high-performance services and applications using Rust
•Write clean, testable code
•Conduct code reviews
•Optimize performance
•Collaborate with product, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams
•Translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Troubleshoot production issues
•Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
•Mentor other engineers
•Promote best practices
•Help refine development processes in distributed teams
Требования
•Strong proficiency in Rust, including ownership and borrowing, concurrency, and memory management
•Experience with common Rust ecosystems, including Cargo, crates, and async frameworks
•Experience building backend services, APIs, or microservices
•Knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and performance optimization
•Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and secure coding practices
•Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows in remote teams
•Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers
•Strong communication and documentation skills
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, experience mentoring or leading other developers, especially in complex or high-availability environments.
