In NIKE Retail stores we use special names for job roles: store managers are called "Head Coach", their assistants "Assistant Head Coach", department managers "Coach", team leaders "Lead" and sales associates "Athlete".

To be an Athlete you should enjoy:
•Using your experience in customer service and exceptional product knowledge to deliver a top-quality brand experience to our customers
•Assisting our Leads and Coaches in training new employees
•Supporting various store departments (e.g. managing cash registers and incoming/outgoing merchandise, restocking products on the floor, setting up displays) and recommending the right products to help reach sales goals
•Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store
•Informing customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services
•Developing your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay continuously updated and learn about sales trends, products, services and NIKE culture
