Responsibilities
•Search for suitable professionals for clients
•Build a network independently, approach candidates through various channels, and develop lasting relationships
•Manage the recruitment process, from finding and engaging candidates to conducting introductory interviews and making suitable matches
Requirements
•Easily build and maintain relationships
•Be driven and motivated by achieving results
•Work independently and take responsibility for personal success
•Be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, engaged, open-minded, and goal-oriented
•Hold at least a completed HBO bachelor's degree
•Have a good command of Dutch
•Be available for at least 32 hours per week
•Preferably live in Amsterdam
Nice to have
•Sales or hospitality experience
Conditions
•Salary of €2.700 to €3.000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, excluding holiday pay
