Your role
As a Quality Analyst you will drive and develop quality improvements within our organization. You will support managers in connection with internal and external audits, carry out root cause analyses, and update manuals and documents. In addition, you will initiate and lead proactive improvement initiatives together with our managers.
As a quality coordinator you are responsible for:
•Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards
•Supporting managers, technicians and other staff by providing guidance and feedback
•Monitoring and updating routines
•Identifying and initiating improvements, and together with colleagues developing effective work processes
Please note that travel to our facility in Arboga occurs.

Qualifications:
•Relevant education and/or equivalent work experience
•Good knowledge of quality and production/maintenance processes
•Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
•Driving license, as travel to other Saab facilities occurs
Advantageous:
•Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and permits
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, where applicable, entail requirements regarding citizenship.
