QA Engineering & Quality Governance Sr Lead - Openbank México

This role leads QA engineering and quality governance for Openbank México, designing testing strategies and overseeing internal and external testing teams. It covers planning, budgeting, risk and incident reporting, and coordinating teams across modular, integration, UAT, regression, automated, load/performance, security and ethical hacking test stages. •Responsible for designing testing execution strategies and methodologies.

•Responsible for sizing, onboarding and managing the internal and external teams needed for test execution.

•Responsible for the process of executing and closing tests according to assigned projects.

•Delivery of planning, budget and resources to meet the timelines and quality standards established in the execution of testing projects.

•Report progress status of executed tests, report project risks, and track and control incidents reported within the tools used at the bank.

•Direct and coordinate work teams to assign activities and responsibilities required for the assigned project, as well as prepare the inputs and materials required during the testing stages: Modular, Integration, UAT, Regression, Automated, Load and Performance, Security, Ethical Hacking.
