Responsibilities
•Perform exploratory and regression testing of an AI chat application
•Evaluate model response quality, including stream cutoffs, hallucinations, and markdown/code rendering
•Test RAG scenarios
•Test REST APIs and review request/response flows in DevTools
•Investigate authentication bugs across SSO/OAuth flows
•Track defects in Jira and write clear, actionable bug reports
•Identify coverage gaps and flag risk areas in new features
Requirements
•3+ years of manual testing experience with web or desktop applications
•Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
•Understanding of HTTP/REST and browser developer tools
•Basic understanding of SSO/OAuth
•Comfortable reading documentation and writing tickets and QA documentation in English
•Strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency
Nice to Have
•Experience testing Electron/desktop applications, AI agents/tool-calling, or AI chat products such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
•Ability to read PR diffs to independently identify risk areas
