Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and sustainable test automation frameworks
•Lead the automated testing strategy, defining best practices, standards, and technical approaches
•Implement and execute automated UI, API, and regression tests
•Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
•Work closely with development teams to incorporate quality from the early stages (shift-left)
•Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and propose technical improvements
•Evaluate, propose, and incorporate new technologies and innovative approaches, including the use of AI applied to testing
•Provide technical leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills when facing complex challenges
Requirements
•University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar
•At least 4 years of experience in test automation
•Demonstrable experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks
•Good programming or scripting skills (JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or others)
•Experience in agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
•Experience with Playwright (highly valued)
•Residence in Barcelona or the surrounding area (on-site position in Bellaterra)
