Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using JavaScript and WebdriverIO
•Define and implement test automation strategies for web and mobile applications
•Develop, execute, and maintain automated functional, regression, and end-to-end tests
•Create and maintain reusable test scripts, utilities, and components
•Use Mocha and Chai to structure automated tests, manage test execution, and validate application behavior
•Manage test cases, test plans, and execution results using TestRail
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
•Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to identify quality risks and ensure coverage across critical user journeys
•Investigate, reproduce, document, and track defects with engineering teams
•Maintain and optimize automated test suites for stability, speed, and maintainability
•Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide feedback on product quality to support release readiness
•Improve testing processes, automation practices, and quality standards across web and mobile products
Requirements
•Strong expertise in JavaScript and WebdriverIO
•Hands-on experience with Mocha, Chai, and TestRail
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration into continuous delivery workflows
•Ability to design, develop, and implement test automation strategies
•Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable automated test suites
•Strong understanding of software testing principles, test planning, regression testing, and quality assurance practices
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web and mobile product quality
•Analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating defects and supporting reliable releases
