Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain automation frameworks
•Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
•Identify performance bottlenecks and improve test reliability
•Improve test coverage, reliability, performance, and engineering quality across legacy and modernized software components
•Contribute to test strategy, performance testing, CI/CD integration, and modernization of complex enterprise applications
Requirements
•Strong senior-level experience in QA Automation and test strategy
•Hands-on experience with unit, integration, system, UI, API, stress, and performance testing
•Programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript
•Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git
•Experience with tools such as Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, and GitLab CI
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Strong conversational English
•Practical experience with AI-assisted or Agentic AI tools in the software development lifecycle; simple familiarity with ChatGPT is not enough
