Xsolla provides commerce tools and services that help video game companies fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. It operates as the merchant of record and supports game developers worldwide. The Xsolla Partner Network platform connects game studios and publishers with content creators.
Tasks
•Take over and stabilize the existing vertical video generation pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
•Improve content quality and virality, scale generation volume, and reduce video costs and turnaround time
•Track, test, and replace video, image, voice, and LLM generation models and services
•Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction, including its character, voice, style, and content plan
•Design and improve agents, prompts, sub-agent roles, phase validation, context management, and cost control
•Build a dashboard for generation operations and content analytics, including views, clicks, conversions, and cost per video
•Automate publishing through platform integrations, mobile posting, and channel scaling
•Write clean, testable, documented code, including unit and integration tests
Requirements
•Strong Python skills and basic Bash
•Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic pipelines through a project, pet project, or hackathon entry that can be demonstrated and explained
•Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools as a working environment
•Understanding of prompt engineering, including agent roles, context limits, and stable structured output
•Understanding of Git, team development, and Docker basics
•Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, with a basic understanding of SQL databases
•Understanding of vertical content, games, creators, streams, TikToks, Shorts, video discovery, shadowbans, and mobile posting farms
•Ability to own tasks end to end, deliver without external supervision, propose and implement improvements, and independently investigate existing systems
•Independence in technical decisions, openness in communication, and ability to flag problems promptly
•Product thinking, including measuring views, retention, clicks, and cost per video
•Ability to explain system capabilities and limitations to non-technical colleagues
•Experimental mindset and willingness to discontinue unsuccessful approaches
•Desire to grow with the project and become its technical owner
•English at Intermediate+ level for reading technical documentation
Will be a plus
Video and image generation APIs, TTS and speech recognition, ffmpeg, reliable paid API integrations, n8n or other workflow tools, Telegram bots and social platform APIs, Android or mobile device automation, Supabase or PostgreSQL, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, observability and monitoring, own channel, pet projects, open-source experience, hackathon participation.
