About the Role
ElmoSoft is building a high-load fintech platform for an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker.
Responsibilities
•Participate in designing and architecting Python-based software solutions
•Design, develop, and maintain complex Python-based software solutions
•Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features
•Mentor and guide junior developers
•Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and functional accuracy
•Optimize applications for speed and scalability
•Debug, troubleshoot, modify, and unit-test applications
•Track industry trends and technologies to keep applications current and competitive
•Provide functional and technical software specifications
Requirements
•BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
•At least 4 years of experience as a Software Developer
•Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and Database Design
•Strong understanding of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
•Strong understanding of at least one of Python, Java, or .NET
•Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery
•Experience with FastAPI, Tornado, or Flask
•Experience with Unit Testing
•Experience in a CI/CD environment
•English B2

•ORM experience with SqlAlchemy, Entity Framework, or Hibernate
