Responsibilities
•Lead the day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme
•Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy
•Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities
•Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and personally maintain programme plans, trackers, action logs and progress reporting against agreed outcomes
•Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations to support decision-making
•Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for programme sponsors and senior leadership
•Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads
•Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories
Requirements
•Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects
•Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery
•Advanced project and programme management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption
•Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams
•The ability to structure ambiguity, establish delivery discipline and maintain momentum across workstreams
•Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills
•A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and strong ownership of outcomes
•Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
•Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation
•Fluent English

•Experience in delivery model, location strategy or operating model transformation
•A recognised project or programme management certification
