pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js agency and Ad Tech startup that builds products for clients across the US and Europe. It specializes in AI, fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, and healthcare, and also works in e-commerce.
Responsibilities
•Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track
•Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients from the start of each engagement
•Lead client discovery to understand business needs before development begins
•Break complex requirements into manageable iterations for the engineering team
•Own and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps
•Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews
•Keep clients updated on project status, risks, and decisions
•Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals, and support presales
•Work with design, engineering, and QA to ensure delivered features meet client expectations and user needs
•Monitor project health using KPIs and flag risks early
•Test completed features against agreed requirements before delivery
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
•At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
•Hands-on presales experience, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops
•Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset
•Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working in an Agile delivery process
•Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that address the actual business problem
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
•Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar
•Ability to work across US and European time zones
•Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
•Experience with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones
