Responsibilities
•Comprehensive Project Management: Plan, execute, and supervise technological projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring that objectives and deliverables are met.
•Team Coordination: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
•Stakeholder Management: Maintain fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and senior management.
•Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, as well as effectively manage change requests to minimize their impact on the project.
•Technical Compliance: Ensure the correct understanding and application of technical requirements, and supervise the technical implications of decisions made.
•Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare detailed progress reports and present project status to management and clients.
•Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to project management processes and communications infrastructure.
Requirements
•Project Management Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable experience managing technological projects.
•Financial/Banking Sector: Proven experience in the banking or financial sector, understanding its specific characteristics and requirements.
•IT Infrastructure Experience: Solid experience managing network, communications, or IT infrastructure projects.
•Technical Perspective: Sufficient technical knowledge to coordinate projects and understand their technical implications, with a solid understanding of data center, network, and security environments.
•Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, fostering team motivation and development.
•Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
•Professional Attitude: Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong results orientation.
Nice to have
•Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
•Technical Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Infoblox, or experience with agile methodologies.
