Responsibilities
•Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design, coding, DevOps)
•Promote best practices: clean code, architecture, testing
•Standardize development practices (automation, frameworks, reuse)
•Develop and coach engineers
•Build a collaborative, results-oriented team culture
•Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent
•Ensure projects are delivered on time (≥90%)
•Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutions
•Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges
•Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.g., Copilot) and automation
•Continuously improve processes, tooling, and architecture
•Evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices
•Promote a culture of innovation
•Identify and mitigate technical risks
•Collaborate with business and IT teams
•Ensure clear visibility into performance and deliverables
Requirements

•Ability to review code and provide technical guidance to teams
•Proven experience leading development teams
•Experience with Agile methodologies
•Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented profile
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•Fluent English (required)
•Fluent French (C1) - mandatory
