Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, Project Manager / Team Leader fluent in English and Armenian/Russian eager to participate in an international project for the implementation of an e-Government solution to the public sector in Armenia. This position requires some physical presence at our client's premises in Yerevan, Armenia.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate project operations.
•Train the client's nodal users on the delivered e-Government software solution.
•Deliver train-the-trainer training.
•Quality assurance on the Armenian or Russian versions of deliverable documents.
•Report to our Contract Manager regarding the project's progress.
Requirements:
•University degree, preferably in Computer Science or engineering.
•At least 7 years of professional experience.
•At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Team Leader in the implementation of IT systems.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent command of the Armenian and Russian language (preferably, native speaker).
•Excellent command of the English language.
