What you will do
•Build long-term client relationships through email, voice, and video communication.
•Provide technical expertise and deliver marketing and design projects aligned with client needs.
•Understand client business specifics and guide employees working on client accounts.
•Identify potential business issues, propose solutions, and remove project impediments.
•Track project metrics in a CRM system and prepare reports and invoices.
•Facilitate daily meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, kick-offs, and decision-making sessions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
•English: C1 spoken and written proficiency required
•At least 1 year of relevant experience, including management of several clients in parallel.
•Strong time management and the ability to stay focused without external supervision.
•Deep analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
