In the PB Transformation area, we support the (digital) transformation along the entire value chain for the Private Bank in Germany. Together with our partners in the Private Bank, we operationalize the (digital) transformation portfolio, aligned with our strategic goals, customer needs and budgets. This way, we continuously improve the customer experience and lay the foundation for successful digitalization and transformation. Our goal: a transformation in which tech teams and business all speak the same language - clear, structured and forward-looking, for the benefit of the customer.
For the Personal Banking Germany area, we are looking for a new team member as Project & Change Lead who will make a substantial contribution to the successful coordination and implementation of the transformation portfolio in Germany. In this role, you will take on central tasks in reporting, in steering strategic milestones, and in coordinating key change initiatives.
Your Tasks
•You support the central reporting of strategic transformation and digitalization initiatives and ensure transparency towards management and stakeholders.
•You steer the benefit management of the initiatives, monitor goal achievement and continuously develop control mechanisms.
•You create and maintain the overarching program and implementation roadmap as well as the related management reporting.
•You support the planning and steering of milestones as well as Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), create transparency about progress and dependencies, and manage escalations in case of deviations.
•You support governance and decision-making bodies by preparing management documents, analyses and decision papers.
•You contribute to coordinating requirements in the IT demand portfolio and support alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
•You have a university degree (e.g. as an industrial engineer) or a comparable qualification.
•You have a proven track record in successfully implementing complex programs/portfolios.
•You bring strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
•You have knowledge of project management and project controlling methods.
•You have strong skills in storylining, C-level management accounting as well as PowerPoint; professional experience in a management consultancy is an advantage.
•You have experience and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks and respond quickly to ad-hoc challenges.
•You actively contribute improvement suggestions and foster a constructive and open feedback culture.
•You have negotiation-level German and English skills, written and spoken.
•You demonstrably use AI tools effectively to increase productivity, optimize processes and solve business problems, while making well-founded decisions and ensuring responsible and conscientious handling of data and AI results.
