Role
Within the Finance Unit, we are looking for a Program Controller for our Torino, Caselle site.
Responsibilities
•Manage the economic-financial planning process of assigned contracts (budget, plan and interim forecasts).
•Coordinate with the various company Functions involved in the planning process.
•Prepare periodic contract reporting for the programs in charge.
•Analyze economic-financial data, KPIs and variances against forecasts.
•Oversee the contract opening and authorization process.
•Monitor the contract authorization workflow.
•Prepare the reporting and visibility materials needed to support the process.
Education
Degree in economics or related disciplines.
Seniority
Junior: 1-3 years of experience.
Technical knowledge and skills
•In-depth knowledge of industrial accounting and management control (budgeting, control and reporting processes);
•Formation and structure of the management income statement (by contract, program, BU, etc.);
•Functioning and management of contracts;
•Basic knowledge of general accounting (income statement/balance sheet).
Behavioral skills
•Aptitude for teamwork;
•Proactivity;
•Flexibility.
Language skills
Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
IT skills
Good knowledge of the MS Office package is required, particularly Excel (good skills in using functionalities for managing and analyzing large databases are needed).
Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA is a plus.

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo a knowledge interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.
At the end of the process, feedback is given to the candidate, both in case of positive and negative outcome.
