We have an opening for you to become Product Owner Sol Design III.
Your Role
•Have strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with partner teams. Work with passion, energy and proactivity.
•Promote transformation and innovation daily, actively participating in building customer journeys with the UX team, with constructive indignation and aiming for the best experience.
•Have acted as a Product Owner or have experience leading/conducting projects.
•Know agile methodologies to structure conception, prioritization, refinement, planning, daily and retro with the multidisciplinary team.
•Have skill in conducting backlog and MVP refinement and prioritization for products, supporting the development team, detailing user stories and functional questions.
•Have experience and strong focus on data-driven culture, able to lead initiatives that turn data into insights for decision-making.
•Conduct meetings and committees with the business to understand and map requirements and needs, defining clear and objective acceptance criteria. Our Business Owner is the People area (Human Resources).
•Have a clear view of the overall landscape and progress of work streams and report status and potential risks (with suggested action/contingency plans) to key stakeholders.
•Communicate with stakeholders and other involved parties about the status of demands and new implementations, as well as the roadmap of planned implementations using the MVP concept.
•Carry out end-to-end requirements mapping, following product development, interacting with various areas (Technology, Products, Operations and other partner areas).
•Lead testing and homologation of developed demands together with the team.
•Participate in deployments (availability on weekends and at night is required), ensuring that developed demands perform the previously defined scope.
•Communicate in English and Spanish at an advanced/fluent level, to lead projects and meetings with teams from Madrid and Dallas.
Required Requirements
•Advanced English or Spanish.
•CSPO or PSPO certification.
Desirable Requirements
•SAFE certification.
•Systemic view of the bank's ecosystem and of Human Resources.
•Knowledge of Human Resources systems and solutions (Workday, FPW, PeopleSoft).
