Задачи:
•Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
•Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data, and industry insights
•Own end-to-end product development, from planning and prioritization to launch and iteration
•Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
•Work with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences
•Leverage user feedback, research, and performance metrics to continuously improve the product
•Communicate product direction, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
•Ensure alignment across teams to support efficient execution and successful releases
•Embed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into the product lifecycle
Требования:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
•3+ Years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally within a technology or SaaS company
•Proven ability to make data-informed product decisions based on market insights, user feedback, and performance metrics
•Experience managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders with Atlassian tools
•Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and Marketplace
•Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Solid understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React)
•Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to build user-centric products
•Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
•Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements
