Company
Kleos helps companies hire, pay, and manage employees and contractors globally through Global Employment and Contractor Payments products, and is building a Global AI HR Platform.
What you will do
•Own the vision and strategy for a new AI-native HR management platform and define its target users, value proposition, and differentiation from global HR platforms and classic HRIS tools.
•Build the product on EoR, CoR/AoR data and shared infrastructure to create a unified workforce view across employees and contractors.
•Design the active layer with AI-driven alerts, recommendations, and automated actions for contract and probation dates, visa and permit expiry, misclassification risk, onboarding, and offboarding.
•Define the MVP, write PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and run delivery with design, frontend, backend, and QA.
•Interview HR leads, finance teams, and founders at distributed companies weekly and validate the product with existing EoR and contractor clients.
•Coordinate with EoR and Contractor Payments PMs, platform leads, compliance, sales, and support; define metrics including activation, weekly active HR admins, completed actions, and EoR/CoR attach rate.
