About the Role
You will build frontend and backend features and take them from problem definition through production. You will scope, test, ship, and review code, collaborate with customer-facing and product colleagues, and talk with users to understand what to build.
Requirements
•Strong coding ability, including reading unfamiliar codebases, finding bugs, and writing maintainable code
•Experience working in a startup, early-stage company, or low-structure environment
•Ability to understand user problems before building solutions
•Written and verbal communication with engineers, product managers, and customers
•Based in the Netherlands or the EU
Responsibilities
•Build frontend and backend features
•Develop React components, REST API endpoints, and database designs
•Take features from problem definition through scoping, building, testing, and production
•Work with customer success, sales, product teams, and users to understand requirements
•Write tested, readable code
•Review code and provide honest feedback
