Responsibilities
•Design the interface and user experience of an AI-powered operating system used by renewable energy installers worldwide
•Balance user needs and business impact while delivering polished product design
•Maintain intuitive, accessible, and engaging UX/UI across the product
•Improve existing flows and interfaces, and design new ones through rapid prototyping and iteration
•Challenge ideas that do not meet the design bar and collaborate with product and engineering to improve UX quality
Requirements
•A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, from discovery to execution, with high-quality craft and problem-solving
•At least 2 years of experience as a product or UX designer, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment
•Strong product sense and ability to make trade-offs balancing user and business impact
•Ability to work with ambiguity, focus on outcomes, and iterate quickly and autonomously
•Understanding of digital funnels, onboarding, and conversion journeys
•Experience using quantitative and qualitative data, including A/B tests, funnel metrics, user research, and feedback, to grow feature adoption, activation, and retention
•Ability to use AI tools to accelerate concepting and prototyping
•Clear communication skills, empathy for users, and a keen eye for design
