Healf curates wellbeing brands across the pillars of EAT, MOVE, MIND, and SLEEP. It is expanding from e-commerce into a technology platform focused on personalised wellbeing.
Задачи
•Lead UX/UI design across core areas of the Healf website
•Develop AI tools, systems, and workflows with developers to take e-commerce product design from concept to production-ready code
•Unify components across platforms and evolve the cross-platform design system
•Design personalised experiences that help users discover what they need faster
•Create solutions that reduce friction and improve conversion
•Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to deliver work quickly and to a high standard
•Conduct user research and experiments to validate and refine design decisions
•Set a high bar for craft, detail, and performance in shipped work
Требования
•Experience designing products in e-commerce, DTC, consumer technology, or health and wellbeing
•Ability to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, usable experiences
•Strong visual and UX judgment, including layout, hierarchy, clarity, and conversion
•Confidence owning UX/UI end to end, from whiteboard to final polish
•Familiarity with CRO practices and improving conversion funnels
•Experience working with or contributing to design systems in Figma
•Ability to collaborate with engineers and communicate in developer-friendly terms
•Proactive, independent approach and readiness to take ownership of large product areas
•Genuine interest in building products that help people live healthier lives
