Responsibilities
•Design test variants for homepages, product listing pages, product detail pages, and sign-up flows, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file
•Help shape the end-to-end user journey, from first visit and registration through browsing and engaging with offers
•Work with CRO, creative, and development teams to launch experiments quickly and interpret their results
•Build and maintain reusable components in the Figma design system to help launch tests faster across brands
•Support qualitative research through usability sessions, recording reviews, and survey feedback to shape better hypotheses
Requirements
•Provide a portfolio showing how you design to encourage action, with work from placements, freelance projects, a course, or a first role
•Confidently use Figma, including components and auto layout
•Curious about conversion and motivated to understand why one version wins and how to test it
•Able to take a brief and feedback and quickly produce a clean, considered design
•Thrive when working as part of a team
•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
•Have excellent written and verbal English skills
•Have no ego
Nice to Have
•Experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or lead generation
