Responsibilities
•Uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insights into clear problems and design direction collaboratively
•Shape complex, ambiguous problem spaces by defining priorities, success measures, and appropriate scope
•Design end-to-end journeys across AI-assisted experiences, including journeys spanning multiple entry points and surfaces
•Create prototypes to explore interaction patterns and validate ideas with users and engineers
•Balance user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements using a strong product and business lens
•Shape how AI-powered experiences are designed and delivered across and beyond core products, from discovery through production
•Design journeys that begin outside owned surfaces and continue seamlessly into products
•Explore how users interact with AI in different contexts and define coherent, trusted end-to-end journeys
•Prototype ideas with engineers and design interactions that help users understand and act on non-deterministic outputs in a regulated environment
•Contribute to design direction by establishing patterns, improving consistency, and raising work quality across teams
Requirements
•Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products within in-house cross-functional teams
•Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
•Active use of AI in the design workflow alongside tools such as Figma, with sound judgment about when and how to apply it
•Experience designing complex, multi-touchpoint systems and clarifying ambiguous problem spaces
•Experience planning and running research and applying insights to decisions
•Understanding of designing conversational and non-deterministic systems
•Considered and ethical approach to AI, including trust, transparency, and appropriate use
