Responsibilities
•Create maintainable infrastructural solutions that support developers' needs
•Maintain and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines
•Work with a corporate infrastructural platform aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
•Promote observability, production metrics, and other DevOps methodologies within the team and the organization
•Communicate with engineers to explain infrastructure solutions effectively
•Set and follow cloud security best practices
•Maintain our technology stack, integrate new tools, and document technical and conceptual processes, including ADRs (Architectural Decision Records)
Requirements
•3+ years of experience as a Back-end Engineer with any technology stack, along with hands-on experience working with infrastructure and a genuine interest in it
•Proficient in AWS and Terraform
•Experience in implementing and maintaining monitoring systems
•Skilled in designing complex CI/CD pipelines
•Experienced in designing multi-account infrastructure architectures and familiar with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
•Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
•Passionate about maintaining a knowledge base and producing high-quality technical documentation
Nice to have
•Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
•Experience with ADRs (Architectural Decision Records)
