About the role:
You would be permanently employed by an established global software consultancy with offices across the UK, Canada and Poland. They are ISO27001 certified and deliver technology programmes across sectors including financial services, healthcare and utilities. Their model is different from traditional outsourcing. Their engineers are employed permanently by the consultancy and embedded directly into client engineering teams, working alongside them on complex technical programmes.
Responsibilities:
•Plan and deliver Kubernetes cluster migrations
•Migrate containers and production workloads between environments
•Move applications between operating systems and platforms
•Support migration planning, execution and cutover
•Develop scripts and automation to make migrations repeatable and reliable
•Troubleshoot technical issues throughout migration projects
•Contribute across broader platform engineering initiatives
•Work directly with client engineering teams and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
•Strong commercial Kubernetes experience
•Hands-on Kubernetes cluster migration experience
•Container and workload migrations
•Experience moving applications between platforms, environments or operating systems
•Strong scripting and automation skills
•Broader Platform Engineering experience
•Strong spoken English
•Comfortable working directly with client engineering teams
•Existing right to work in Poland, with no sponsorship required
•Based within reach of Warsaw or Wroclaw
