Задачи
•Build a sandbox and scaffolding environment for rapid idea testing
•Own fast, repeatable, and safe CI/CD and deployment infrastructure
•Build automated testing infrastructure, AI-maintained test suites, regression coverage, and CI quality gates
•Define and encode the testing, evaluation, and quality standards for the digital organization
•Build automated evaluation suites and guardrails for reliable AI systems
•Own the runtime for AI agents and automated workflows, including orchestration, permissions, versioning, cost, and monitoring
•Build AI tooling that enables builders to use AI effectively
•Provide observability and reliability signals for products and AI agents in production
•Evaluate, adopt, and roll out new tools across the team
Требования
•Hands-on experience building and shipping production systems
•Senior-level experience owning a system or platform end to end
•Experience making decisions in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
•Experience building or operating agentic systems in production, including LLM workflows, agent orchestration, or unsupervised automation
•Daily AI-native coding experience and recent adoption of AI tools
•Background in platform, infrastructure, developer experience, or ML/AI tooling
•Track record of building tools adopted by other engineers
•Experience building test and quality automation that runs without manual involvement
•Experience building evaluation or reliability tooling for AI/LLM systems
•Ability to learn quickly and ship under uncertainty
•Nice to have: No additional preferred qualifications specified
