Sitedish is looking for a PHP Developer to further develop the order API! We are a fast-growing SaaS company that makes delivery and takeaway restaurants less dependent on delivery platforms and frees them from sky-high commissions. With over 18 years of experience and more than 4,000 restaurants as customers, we are still growing rapidly. Our complete package includes an ordering website, ordering app, cash register system, hardware, Delivery App, and marketing tools, so restaurant owners can focus entirely on the food.
Responsibilities
•Build endpoints for our order API
•Collaborate with other teams that build on our API
•Work on our products: the ordering platform, the management environment for restaurants, and our cash register, kitchen, ordering, and Delivery Apps
•Build and improve front ends in Vue and TypeScript
•Help build AI features in our products
•Enable colleagues to build on our API through good documentation and clear endpoints
•Write tests, both unit and end-to-end
•Think along about how a feature should work
Requirements
•A few years of experience with PHP in production
•Experience building REST APIs
•Experience with AI tools in your work, and a good sense of what you should and should not leave to AI
•You enjoy improving existing code
•Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required
Nice to have
•You enjoy working on the front end too
•You are interested in working with iOS and Android apps
•Experience with payments, ordering platforms, or hospitality
•Experience with a PHP framework
•Experience with Vue, React, or similar, and with TypeScript
Conditions
•A salary of €4,500–€5,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience
•8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek
