Responsibilities
•Conduct penetration tests independently and identify vulnerabilities in complex IT environments
•Analyze attack paths across network, system, and application layers
•Test an organization's security chains through Advanced Cyber Attacks and Red Teaming Assessments
•Advise customers independently of vendors on modern security architectures, attack scenarios, and best practices
•Conduct technically focused audits and white-box reviews
•Present technical findings to different audiences, explain complex attacks, and provide customers with concrete, actionable recommendations
•Contribute to developing new attack techniques, tools, automations, and infrastructure
Requirements
•Several years of professional experience in IT security, focused on penetration testing and/or red teaming
•Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra-ID, enterprise networks, and/or cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
•Practical experience planning and conducting assessments in critical OT/ICS environments, evaluating risks, and deriving pragmatic measures to strengthen cyber resilience
•Programming experience, ideally in Python, Go, Java, or C#
•Ability to quickly understand complex security challenges and bring new perspectives
•Clear communication of technical topics to specialist teams and management
•Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical working style; ability to take responsibility for projects and deliver results independently
•Very good written and spoken German and English
•Willingness to travel around 30%, including occasional international travel
