We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead payroll transformation projects across the Nordic countries.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transition to an outsourced payroll managed services model, ensuring successful delivery from planning and discovery through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and handover. Preferred work locations are Spain or Poland, although other ABB locations in Sweden, Norway, Spain, or Poland may be considered.
•Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects across the Nordic countries, ensuring successful delivery through all project phases, from discovery and design to go-live and operational handover.
•Manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and provider delivery while maintaining alignment with overall transformation objectives.
•Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define payroll requirements, document processes, coordinate system integrations and data migration activities, and ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and regulations.
•Oversee testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and parallel payroll runs, ensuring defects are resolved and business sign-off is achieved.
•Coordinate go-live readiness, change management, training, stabilization activities, and the transition into business-as-usual payroll operations.
•Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, proactively managing issues, dependencies, and project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
