About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join the Cybersecurity team and help maintain and improve network security across enterprise, on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The primary focus of this role is to provide overnight coverage for the US team, handle production issues and critical incidents, and support day-to-day network security operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with strong hands-on Palo Alto experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a production environment. This role offers opportunities to expand into security analytics, cloud security, AI security, and broader cybersecurity projects over time.
Measures of Success
•Provides reliable overnight network security coverage for the US team.
•Responds effectively to P1 incidents, production issues, and security-related requests.
•Maintains and improves network security controls and firewall policies.
•Resolves tickets efficiently and minimizes operational disruption.
•Works independently with minimal onboarding and training requirements.
•Contributes to security projects and broader cybersecurity initiatives over time.
