We introduce innovative solutions from leading international vendors to new markets and help customers and partners build secure, reliable IT infrastructure. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced networking professional to support sales and business development across Central Asia.
Responsibilities
•Meet with customers and partners to understand their business goals, network infrastructure, and technical requirements.
•Design network architectures, select appropriate equipment, and prepare bills of materials and technical proposals.
•Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, both remotely and in person, explaining solution capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
•Plan and carry out proof-of-concept projects, including configuration, testing, and presentation of results.
•Prepare technical specifications, solution documentation, and responses to tender requirements.
•Work with sales colleagues and vendor specialists to address technical questions throughout the sales process.
•Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
Requirements
•Candidates must be based in either Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan.
•5+ years of experience in network engineering, network consulting, technical pre-sales, or a related role.
•Strong practical knowledge of routing and switching, including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, MLAG, OSPF, and BGP.
•Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing production networks.
•Experience with networking equipment from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or comparable vendors.
•A solid understanding of network security principles and technologies.
•The ability to explain technical concepts clearly, discuss solution trade-offs, and build trust with technical and business stakeholders.
•The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
•Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
•Intermediate English or above, sufficient for working with technical documentation and communicating with vendor teams.
•A bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
•Previous experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer demonstrations, or proof-of-concept projects.
•Experience designing enterprise or data center networks, including leaf-spine architectures and EVPN/VXLAN.
•Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
•Experience with network automation and tools such as Python, Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell.
•Relevant networking certifications and additional expertise in information security.
